Bad customer service
So booked a trip ready to takeoff and names were wrong on the ticket. Try to get a refund they said they would refund me. I was already there so I had to purchase some other tickets through the airline. I received an email two weeks after saying they cannot help me but they closed the case. I’m out 1300 bucks..

Bad experience
Very disappointed with the Kiwi app. It makes no sense that you let customers select seats during booking if you can’t actually guarantee them — we were moved to middle seats in the back for a 14-hour flight after thinking we had assigned seats. If you don’t have the authority to honor seat selections, you shouldn’t be selling tickets at all.
