Innovative and versatile
EmendoAI is an innovative tool to streamline the home construction process, i.e. schedule, estimates, BOM, budgeting, etc. The app provides an intuitive workflow and supports projects of all sizes. The use case can be catered to professional contractors, individuals real estate investors, and even short term rental property managers/investors. I found the bookkeeping feature really useful for tracking expenses for multiple projects/properties that can be easily exported to tax softwares or tax accountants.
