InfraTrak is a comprehensive Transportation Infrastructure Maintenance Management application that gives transportation agencies the ability to take full advantage of modern technologies to maximize efficient management of agency’s infrastructure assets (i.e. concrete ditches, guardrail, pavement, bridges, etc.). InfraTrak helps you get a jump on federal funding requirements by having live infrastructure conditions allowing for up to date documentation to justify allocation request for all infrastructure assets, not just pavements and bridges.
InfraTrak can display streaming background maps or your own aerial imagery. InfraTrak takes advantage of an agency’s GIS information by interactively displaying it on the map. The user can touch the asset on the screen to perform an inspection, and see condition history.
Inspect – Initiate an inspection by selecting the asset and entering inspection data into the form. Pictures can be taken from the iPad and loaded directly to the form eliminating the need to connect a camera to a computer.
Plan – Plans can be generated for work with the plan generating the work order. These plans can be viewed in a calendar view.
Track –Work product is tracked through the use of work order work records. Information can be entered on the work record such as notes, weather conditions, asset conditions, etc. Pictures can also be attached to each report. Resources can be tracked by work order through time sheet entries. Information such as 3rd party damage and customer request can also be added to the work order for claim tracking.
Report – A number of reports can be generated depending on agency needs. Reports can be created to visually distinguish the last time assets were inspected. Reports can be viewed from the iPad and/or through the web.
InfraTrak allows you to digitize your paper record keeping and makes it readily accessible to the entire team.
InfraTrak also works with or without live internet connection. Simply enter data from the field and sync the iPad once you return to internet connectivity.
