Unnecessarily Complicated
You have to connect a card and then also add money to a wallet. The scanning feature didn’t work great to be able to identify which scooter was which. I’ve used others that were much more user friendly but it’s the only me available in Waco so you get what you get and don’t throw a fit.

⭐️ 1 Star Review: Beware — This Company Is a Scam! Go Cruise is a total scam. I was overcharged for my ride — their app wouldn’t let me end the trip, and I ended up being billed $21 for what should have been a $5 ride. To make matters worse, there’s absolutely no way to reach their customer support. They don’t respond, and there’s no proper contact option in the app. This company is taking advantage of people and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the frustration and do not download this app. They’re scamming people out of their hard-earned money.
