About HAP (Health Alliance Plan)
The following are features of the HAP member benefits app available to HAP members:
ID Card: members can digitally view their ID cards for all active plans. Subscribers with dependents will be able to view the digital
ID cards of those dependents through the app.
Find a Doctor or Hospital: members have access to HAP’s “Find-a-doctor” page on HAP.org. This is a Link to find a doctor, urgent care, or hospital.
Plan and Benefit Information: members can view their plan information, including summary of benefits and coverage, and copay and coinsurance costs.
Claims: members can view their claims and have access to EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) associated with those claims, where available.
Pharmacy and Drug Information: members are given an active link to where the Express Scripts app can be downloaded. This does not include an interface for logging into the Express Scripts app, it only provides the member the location to download and install.

- Register a HAP account by visiting hap.org/welcome
- Download the app and install on mobile device

Camera scan doesn’t work
OTC items are limited on what you can buy, so using the camera scan is a must. But it does not work at all. So frustrated with the app and with HAP its self. It’s useless.

Ended Up Had To Use The Website
The app interface does not totally match to the website. Some functions on the website cannot be accessed in the app, for example: my card - the HAP Flex+ Rewards Card. Can’t activate it in the app and can’t access anything about this card. Had to go to the HAP website to access.
