Poor features poor tracking

This app basically allows you to track your orders, warranty, and prescription. What’s strange is that there’s no area for shopping. The other thing for me is that even though I purchased prescription glasses from Jin’s in store, the prescription updated but my order and warranty doesn’t show up. It’s already been three months since my order was made. So poor features and poor management of orders.

unusual app for a shop?

this is a really weird move for a retail company. the app is functional and fast but has no shop functionality. can’t look at or buy new glasses, it’s only purpose is to track your order and manage prescriptions (but can’t add new ones if you don’t have a pending order?) there’s a barcode for membership scanning if you have a jins near you, but iirc jins discontinued their rewards program. i dont see the reason for this app to exist because purchasing from the jins us website sends your email a tracking link. i was hoping this would allow me to do virtual try ons better. hopefully it changes.
