Poor Order Visibility and Lack of Communication
I downloaded this app to track my eyeglass order after payment, but my order never appeared in the app and no confirmation or tracking information was provided. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and chat with no response. The only communication I received occurred AFTER I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then asked me to close the dispute before providing shipping proof, which I declined. PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a refund due to lack of shipment verification. Delays happen during the holidays, but basic order acknowledgment, visibility, and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this app did not provide those.

App if OK...But...
There's an option for previewing an eyeglass frame on a photo of your face prior to purchase. After this is done check carefully and see this little statement: "For styling purposes only. Not Sizing." The company is not kidding. The pair previewed looked great. Ordered them and they were not even close. They were GIGANTIC and not what was expected. The idea of simply ordering eyeglasses from this company may be a myth.
