Fantastic no frills
Love this app and have used it for years. I love how once you build a routine, you can see the logged lifts from the last time the routine was worked and also every other set from the same exercise. Very helpful for being mindful of heavy and light days. I do wish there was an option to have this app on the Apple Watch though.

Downloaded this to help me track my workouts prepping for a contest. Good functionality could use some tweaks but all In all a solid program.
