The developer of this program, Leslie DeRosier’s, has an amazing wealth of knowledge. You can contact her directly and she will return your call or email! Very personable. You can make this program as difficult or as easy as you like. I am a previous victim of an ACL injury. I used to wear a brace for years as a further preventative. After working with this process, I no longer feel the need to wear the brace!!!

My ACL STRONG

I didn’t have any issues with my knees but started the program 2 years ago as preventative maintenance. November 1, 2024 had my hip replaced and doing the exercises with ACL STRONG in conjunction with the standard rehab for the hip replacement I was able to get on the slopes skiing again on January 7, 2025. I am a disciple of ACL STRONG. Thank you Leslie, Patrick and ACL STRONG community.
