It is impossible to withdraw your money. Chat is never available and they never respond to your email either. I have now opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see if that gets me anywhere. Total ripoff.

Love it!
I love this app. I had my first big win. Only gave 4 stars because the payout is acting sketch! Update: Took 2 stars away. First big win was great, then I couldn’t cash out. Kept giving me an error message. I assumed (dumb on my end) that I had to play more to cash out so I literally played all of the winnings back. I did reach out to support the first time I got the error message. Only to get a respond a day later saying it was fraud security. Why would I have fraud security when I never have checked out and there’s literally so many steps to even create an account???? Long story short, they want you to play all of your winnings back before you can reach someone to take the fraud security off. Such a ripoff.
