Consider changing the game…..
It’s a very fun addicting game for sure!! However, when you do win you never get enough for the upgrades it expects you to get on equipment and staff to be able to pass the levels. Once you get to a certain spot on the levels the only way to pass to the next is to spend money and I don’t think it should be that way especially when the app creators are already making money on the ads it makes you watch. I would definitely play a lot more if I weren’t made to buy upgrades just to pass the levels.

Don’t do it
There are 2 hospital dash games neither are worth it, I sunk a lot of $ in this game to beat a challenge. After the end of level 3 I can’t open it up again to receive my rewards or if I won. Not sure what the person in “world 4” is talking about there are 3 hospitals in World 1 and they aren’t QA’d well.
