Horrible app
Used to be able to do top up without adding card but now I cannot do so without adding. Am ok with this but worst feature is, per card can only be added to one app. My kids’ cards were added to my wife’s app and now I cannot add them, hence I cannot top up for my kids! Also, please pray hard your credit card doesn’t get changed cos once you did, you cannot add your new card without removal of your old card. The stupidest thing is you cannot remove the old credit card remotely via the app! We used to change for the better but this simplygo is simply go towards the worse!
