BAIT-&-SWITCH SCAM!!
I downloaded the “free” app with a very low bar for declaring success. I expected to open a new document on my iPhone, dictate some context (text only& no formatting, no photos, no illustrations), then send/open the document on my desktop to edit and format into a finished document. The only “free” thing one may do in Word is to download the app. Every action I take to get a keyboard or a microphone to put content on a document triggers ONLY a sales page to upsell me on three different paid plans for the app. So !BEWARE! downloading & opening the Word app can be “free” but USING the app (for ANYTHING) is not.
