Downloaded this app as soon as it came out and have had nothing but problems. The games were okay a first however you get nowhere, no leveling up and such so playing the same thing over and over loses its appeal. My loyalty tokens level does not and has never matched up with the website.. so I don’t have access to things on the app that I should according to my actual level on the website. Finally, I have multiple tap bottles in different scents (some brand new) and it won’t accept them saying they’ve already accepted my tap for the day!! This app has been out for quite awhile now!! Fix it or just get rid of it!! I’ve been a customer for years now and this is by far the most disappointing thing the company has ever put out!!!

Waste of Time
Total waste of time. It doesn’t work more than half the time and even when it does, you don’t actually earn any sort of coupons or rewards.
