Just use Airbnb
Don’t expect to get support if there are issues. Could not reliably reach my host OR enkostay. Had questions and issues when checking in. No response from either. No hot water in shower, no response from either for over a week. Was not resolved within the two weeks I was there.

This company is a complete scam. They do not properly vet properties before listing them on the site, and when issues come up, they make you jump through endless hoops. Instead of helping, they push you to deal with the host directly or force you to pay penalties. It’s clear they only care about collecting money, not about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and stick with Airbnb or another reputable platform. If you absolutely must use this service, triple-check the property in person before signing any contract. I deeply regret ever using this app—it has been nothing but stress and frustration. If I could give zero stars, I would.
