Puppy's loves forever
A Lifesaver!
Just to start off, i’m a beginner nail tech. So I don’t have money rolling in to pay for booking site subscriptions. So when I found BBY, I was so relieved! This app provides you with everything you need and more! From full portfolio customization, to tap to pay, among other things. I only have two problems. 1. There is a bug that doesn’t let me reorder my services, i’ll try to reorder them but they’ll just go back into place. 2. When customers fill out their booking form, they can only respond with text, multiple choice, or yes/no. It would be amazing if customers could respond with pictures! This would be really helpful when I ask customers what they want for their inspo when booking.

Not long term
Trying it out it was ok at first. However while setting up I ran into lots of bugs. These bugs still continue today. For example: being unable to load a photo into the portfolio, pages not updating/syncing on different devices and software. Etc… this app has too many bugs to make this a long term solution. Makes you not trust the application.
