I think it’s in the GitHub repo, but please let us point to custom endpoints!

Rough and unpolished. One crippling us bug.
Quite a few bugs. It looks like it was hastily put together without much testing. The most annoying bug is the inability to scroll the list of models if you have more than one screenful installed on the server. It is quite infuriating. The rest works ok, even though charging for this app requires some chutzpah.
