shi sucks. seems good in theory, but i use cashapp as my ‘bank’ and all my direct deposits go into there. couldn’t figure out how to connect it thru the app so I emailed customer service multiple times and got no answer back. really wanted to try and like this app but the lack of support led me to use a different budgeting app.

Basic features, terrible layout and design
This legitimately is just a web app. It looks and feels horrible for the price you pay. Simple things like the app bugging out and displaying the eye of sauron bright green light at the top of your screen, yeaaaa… Customer service is also extremely slow. I haven’t been able to properly connect by BofA account, CS took a week to respond saying “Looking into it”. I’ve probably been ghosted, not the 1st time. I feel apps like Rocket do a better and cheaper job at letting you manage money. The other apps on the market not only have better UX and features, but have better support.
