Wrong merchants type for transactions
You only get 1 point per dollar spent on a credit card, even when you are supposed to get 3x or more, because the app specifies the wrong merchant type for all orders you do on the app. Please fix this. It’s currently set to “convenience stores and specialty markets”, it should be “restaurants”.

Great Restaurants & Great App
I have been a regular of Hole in the Wall and the other PHG restaurants for years now and was so excited to get their app and join their Mates Program. Super easy to use the app, amazing rewards from the program and the same great food and cocktails in store!!

Love this app!!
Online ordering is more affordable for all their locations through this app which is great and I’ve been getting awesome perks for going in to the store (that I’ve been able to use at any of the other concepts). Super cool. Love it.
