Perpetually checking account status

Worked great the first day. Now it's always "checking account status." Troubleshooting is a joke. Have removed and reinstalled app. Still doesn't work.

Can’t Use It

The app specifically states that it is only available for Xfinity Mobile Premium Unlimited customers, which I am and have been, but the app just tells me my plan doesn’t include Call Guard. What a joke! For one of the largest data companies, Comcast sure doesn’t know how to make anything that works right…
