Horrible App and Site

For a company that is aimed towards the elderly this app and website are abysmal to use. It is not user-friendly at all. You cannot easily make changes to subscriptions or add anything to an existing subscription. I absolutely hate this company but sadly, my mom only likes some particular brand of products that seem to only be carried by parent giving. I have contacted them numerous times because of errors with shipping and order placement or receiving the wrong items.. I always know that some fiasco awaits me with each order.

Product is superior!!

I have tried many products after becoming incontinent from an accident. Many accidents and leaks until I tried this product. They allow me to have a restful night sleep without mistakes or leakage and it is a game changer; however, I’ve just recently became aware that I am acquiring points, but when I try to use my points, it won’t allow me to disturb disturbs me. Could I get some sort of clarity on this thank you.
