HeadShot is a simple and intuitive tracking app for your migraines or any other chronic pain.

It tracks:
- date and time of an event
- scale of the pain (1-10)
- treatments - user-specific items (e.g. pain-killers)
- notes

It can also produce a printable monthly report (as a PDF file) that can be presented to your doctor.
