Never received payment
On December 20 I played the game almost all day long and after several hours, I won $31.80 I requested $30 to withdraw. They charged a three dollar processing fee and said I would be receiving $27 to my PayPal account in 1 to 3 days gave me a withdrawal order number and everything. Then I reached out to Support and they told me that looking at my game as is right now there wasn’t enough to cash out. Obviously, I cashed it out already. I was requesting an update on the previous cash out and then they just closed the ticket and blew me off. Not sure where all these reviews are coming from with super nice support but Word for Word my support ticket said sorry we don’t have a cash out amount for you. Ticket closed. One thing I always do is save screenshots when I cash out on a game and I have my screenshots here. With all of my information so I had to report it to Apple, and hopefully they will look into it. I’m just upset that I wasted my time because who wants to spend an entire day playing a game in the anticipation of cashing out funds when you could be doing something completely different to make a much better use of your time. I never leave reviews, but this really ticked me off.
