Stop useless and repeated emails
I do not want to get five emails asking me how I thought meld did on the same exact repair request. There is an option to change notification settings at the bottom of these harassing emails, but that only allows you to enable text messages! There is no way to opt out of any type of notification. This app and service is forced on people, so you should do your best to create the least irritating user experience possible. Instead, I have five trash emails for every single request. That is abusive to your involuntary customers.

No iOS App for Property Meld
This app doesn’t even work, and upon further investigation I found out that Property Meld doesn’t even offer an app for iOS; they advise you to put a PWA browser link icon on your phone’s Home Screen instead. So what is this app? Is it even really from them? “Property Meld I, LLC” is the publisher, which reads like a parody name of the actual company. I feel the need to change my login password after trying to login with valid credentials and getting an error message. Apple please remove this seemingly fake app from your store!
