Dental premium
I am not able to pay my dental premium online on my laptop or my telephone app. I have done it before more than once, but for the month of February, the website won’t let me pay.

Wonky site
This is NOT efficient or user friendly. There is no place to make automatic payments and the request made on the site must end up in a dead-end. The “Vision” portion of the app as well doesn’t respond. This phone App needs an entire overhaul!
