Bad experience
After updating the app, I was completely locked out of my account. Username and password reset do not work, and customer service keeps saying the system is under maintenance. I have been calling back and forth from the diaspora with no solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Why update an app that leaves customers unable to access their money? I am honestly done with Kenyan banking if this is the level of service.
