It is like the wizard of Oz
There is so much that doesn’t work like a regular financial institution that I feel like it is more of a mechanical turk situation. For example, this week the processes for mobile deposit were not functioning, and were restored after I sent a message. This tells me that they don’t have a service that tells them when it is functional. Then I took a picture of the check using their app and it was rejected because I have to write “for mobile deposit only at AgFed” on the endorsement line. A separate issue is bill pay. Oh my god what a nightmare. I expect that if I put something in bill pay, it goes out the next business day. Not here. For their bill pay, when I put in a bill to pay, it triggers someone to write a physical check and send it to the bill. This is why I feel like there is a mechanical Turk element to their application. In my instance, the creditor was waiting more than 9 days. I ended up just canceling the check with AgFed (they wanted to charge me for a cancelation fee) and I paid another way. Today was not the best day to ask me to review your mobile app.

This hard for me because it’s not like the old way, which was great for me. I am trying to get use to this new system. I think a lot of money was spent/wasted on this system.
