Keeps freezing

Have been away from work with health issues, so I thought I would try this… Added this week and already have had to uninstall and reinstall twice. I updated things on my account through it, but most likely going to have to go through email. It feels like. Have not heard back either on the surveys that I’ve doneand it just keeps on saying pending, which makes me wonder if anything is really even going through.

I would like to give this company and the app 5 stars but unfortunately I never get selected for anything. I continue to fill out pre screening surveys and I get no response.
