About MOD Ride Yuba-Sutter
MOD (Mobility on Demand) by Yuba-Sutter Transit is here to make your travel hassle-free! MOD is an on demand, shared ride service that comes when you want, where you want. Book rides straight from your phone, get picked up in minutes and connect to nearby bus routes or run errands locally without needing a car.
With a few taps, book a ride within your specific MOD service zone. Our real-time technology ensures you find the best connection to reach your destination quickly and conveniently.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download the MOD Ride app and create an account.
2. Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off locations and indicate if you’re riding with any additional passengers. This includes children or personal care attendants.
3. Receive an estimated pickup time and location upon booking. As you wait for your MOD vehicle to arrive, updates will be provided via the MOD Ride app or via text message.
4. Board the MOD vehicle when it arrives and pay your fare!
ZONE-BASED SERVICE
MOD is designed to provide riders with direct connections to Yuba-Sutter Transit’s local fixed routes, making cross-town travel more convenient. Zones are localized to meet specific transportation needs, and the MOD Ride app provides up-to-date information based on your location. Users outside the currently available MOD zones will not be able to see or schedule rides.
USER FRIENDLY
Scheduling a ride is easy and only takes a few clicks. The MOD Ride app has information on other local fixed routes, which makes travel planning a whole lot easier. Need to cancel a ride? Canceling is seamless with the MOD Ride app! Did we mention user and language-friendly? Not only has this app been tested by local members of the community just like you, but we’ve ensured our community has reliable access to transportation at a low-price. Track your MOD vehicle with estimated arrival times, pickup/drop-off locations, and fare information, all available before scheduling a ride. Accurate and up-to-date information keeps you on track and on schedule.
MOD VEHICLES
Our smaller, “MOD” branded buses are designed for convenient corner-to-corner service and are equipped with floor ramps for wheelchair accessibility and individuals with mobility aids.

Disappointed
This was a good idea but I feel like they can fixed the drop off zones and or make an exception for those who don’t know where it can be pick up and drop off just like me I don’t even know how to used this app and sometimes it’s get so frustrated on how to used it.
