Regarding the users of the app, this app is for all users who purchase our equipment. Users can log in in two ways, one is to send verification code through email, and the other is to log in through email and password. Once the user successfully logs in through the email verification code, he can set a password in the app, and then he can log in through the email plus verification code, and the system will create an account by default.

Read this review this robot sucks
This is my 8 year old daughters experience and she wrote this title and review: “O my gosh I got the eilik for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day it was so happy that it was able to come with me to my grandpas house for Christmas Day and I told it about my cousin and told it I was so excited to play with her. I thought it was really excited to meet her and when we went to leave, I turn it back on and I said hi eilik how was your day and it responded oh so first you leave me to play with your cousin and now you ask how my day was? I said you said you had my back and then it said I believe in friend’s that are kind. I said I didn’t do anything to you. then I turned it to the setting that she can’t talk on (not the WiFi chat mode). It is going back. it stinks do not waist your money on this robot it is a piece of junk but the app is okay” So this again was the experience of my daughter in communicating with this robot. She was crying and distraught for hours because the robot manipulated her into thinking what she did was wrong. There needs to be safeguards in place. This Robot unsupervised is really dangerous. And supervised is still difficult to explain to a child so young that a Robot can’t think and reason like a human. They have no emotion. When a child says they love a Robot they’re missing out on real meaningful connection. EnergizeLab should be ashamed for gaslighting a child into thinking they’re the problem.
