Power Smart, a mobile application that is serving the power consumers of Pakistan by providing salient features to monitor energy consumption for multiple meters that a user can associate with his profile in the app. This includes daily, monthly profiles for load, voltage and current, keeps the consumers updated about their daily load shedding both scheduled and planned. The smart energy advisor is an intelligent service within app with which consumers can set a threshold for their consumption and get notified about it at various stages during consumption. The application also depicts the monthly electricity actual bill along with its status i.e. paid or unpaid for the associated reference numbers. The application is also assisting in the automation of different services provided by the power sector including new connection, change of attributes, due date extension, meter change request, meter reading correction, opt for smart meter and many others. The application enables users to initiate the above-mentioned request for their associated meters. Being integrated with the system it keeps the consumer update about the processes by sending push notifications.

App was made to ease the process of checking bills but it’s a torture.. app store should ban such kind of time wasting apps

No better option, most pf the options don't work, it feels like a student webdesigner made this app, with no aesthetic looks, feels like 2010 app, take note form SSGC app, make it look good and completely work.

Please read this dev/product team ; Include more features!!

I really like the concept. But please hire professional and experienced developers not freelancers for app development, otherwise wastage of taxpayers money. We need a feature of line losses percentage of each district/feeder/ or 1 km radius area so all the consumers know how much are the line losses and bijli chorr in that area. It will make all the people in that area more accountable and vigilant and they themselves will look after electricity theft/kunda system. Please do some area tagging of 1 km radius or any measurement medium which shows in app that there are X amount of meters installed and the recovery for that certain area is 80% or 90% and Y amount of units are lost/stolen or irrecoverable etc. something like that. This will encourage more transparency and improve the trust relationship between state and citizens. Also make sure that the people who apply for new connections for meters and those whose meters got fired/electrocuted and need new meters make sure that all their payment and application is tracked and their application is addressed timely and within X amount of time they get their meter. Otherwise the SDO of that area should be held accountable if there’s any delay. As people are openly charging 50 to 80 thousand rupees of bribe from citizens for new meters and we get blackmailed that our meter wont get installed regardless of the numerous applications we give to the state. Please please do this and give relief to the citizens of Pakistan. Thankyou team!
