Someone got creative with this thing
It’s nice to be able to have tech support help from an app, and even better is how it’s accurate. I found that the more detailed you are with information the faster resolution you get like with any technical support help really. I’ve used ChatGPT a few times before and spent more time arguing and getting frustrated than getting a resolution. You can tell this app is tailored for HVAC guys and someone really thought this thing through. I was expecting a pay trap to make me buy more credits or something to have additional conversations after I subscribed, but nope it’s really unlimited use after I subscribe and no ads.
