We dedicate the Jicarilla Apache Language App 2 to the cherished memory and legacy of the late Mr. Edward Velarde, former President of the Jicarilla Apache Nation. He sincerely believed in his people and strongly supported preserving the Jicarilla Apache language, values, and beliefs.
