I’ve been using this app for almost 6 plus months regularly to order in desi district. It’s really helpful to save time to cut the queue. I would suggest to allow user to get OTP in email(in case resend also didn’t work for particular user) Though it’s there is a scan option available for store visits to gain or use points, none is doing it at the counter. Pls train them on how to do in case a customer wants to. It’s a basic need for customers to have a phone number or a support email to reach out in case of issues. Consider adding a support page
