Everything you have in other apps plus much more! All the annoying things you wanted to change in other apps are fixed in Goals! Love it

Wonderful app and workouts

This app has taken into account everything other apps are missing. It is so comprehensive, from workouts, to tracking macros to even having meals. The integration is amazing! I have tried many different apps but this one has it all! The workouts are great. I have been doing Sarah’s programs for a year now and they do not disappoint.
