About CommonSpirit - AR/GA/KY/TN/TX
The app is now available for patients receiving care through CommonSpirit Health associated with St. Luke's Health in Texas, CHI Saint Joseph Health in Kentucky, St. Vincent in Arkansas, or CHI Memorial in Tennessee and Georgia.
With the app you can:

● View recent test results and visit summaries
● Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
● Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider
● Pay your bill and review statements
● Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account

Billing Info is Atrocious, Communication non-existent, and Labs are missing
It is impossible to figure out what you’re paying for, how much you owe, or see actual statements in this app. I just submitted a payment that was supposed to be $555, my HSA account shows $598 was deducted, and the portal shows I’ve only paid $502. Someone please explain what is wrong with this app? No statements are available. When I generate a detailed accounting, it only shows me 2 visits, but I’m being billed for 7. When the list of bills shows two bills together, if I call for details, the provider only knows about one of them. It’s wasting so much of my time, I’m seriously going back to paper billing. Additionally, the doctors have not sufficiently adopted this app to make it anything but misleading. I can’t communicate with my providers through the app. They don’t respond. Getting lab results is sketchy. Some I get, some I don’t. Even when they are all CHI Memorial. I find it far more frustrating than helpful.
