Blocked for an unintentional mistake
Review: I was blocked from the game because of an unintentional mistake with my purchases. It was not on purpose, and I already explained everything to customer support. I have been playing every day, growing my account, and buying in-game items regularly because I truly enjoy this game. It’s really unfair to be permanently blocked for a simple misunderstanding. Please review my case again. I want to continue playing and supporting the game. There is no real way to contact a human for support. No email, Facebook replies are AI, in-game customer service is also AI, and all responses are automated and don’t help. There is no real person to talk to and solve the problem.
