Not working at all
Could not get it to work with the old app, and this new one is worse

Why
Have the levitate desk for over a year, the old app wasn’t amazing but it worked most of the time. Suddenly in the last month or so it stopped working. No reason given, just an error. Okay, I assumed it would get fixed. Nope, never did. No communication, no info on the website, nothing. Finally checked the App Store and sure enough l there’s a new app, but also the old one. Downloaded the new app, logged in, everything looks good so far. Go to add the levitate desk and it’s ask for WiFi and location access. Why? The desk is Bluetooth. Whatever, follow the instructions, and of course it doesn’t connect. Try 10 more times on two different days. Nope. Please fix your app.
