I can’t speak for the internet itself but I just got this app downloaded and trying to modify the devices has been a pain. I can’t imagine why T-Mobile would have so many apps for items that are together.

Dumps settings randomly
Two months after configuring the router and mesh satellites this app lost all configuration settings and login info. I had to sign up a second time and now it can’t find one of my satellites. Customer service for T-Fiber sucks so if you’re not network savvy I would avoid this. It’s not reliable.
