Coffee Roasting Simulator is an app that lets you freely set and simulate the three phases of coffee roasting (Dry, Maillard, Develop) by adjusting their ratios and times.
By entering the total roasting time and the ratio for each phase, the app automatically calculates and displays the time for each phase.
Conversely, you can also input the time for each phase to calculate the ratios.
