About GRFX - Granular Effects
At the heart of GRFX is the Harmonic Triangle – an intuitive 3-way pitch controller that lets you morph simple tones into lush pads, arpeggiated patterns, or abstract gestures. Whether you’re aiming for organic soundscapes or synchronized stutters, GRFX gives you precise control over the flow of grains and modulation.
Build complexity with four self-modulating LFOs, a multi-effect chain with probabilistic routing, and an elegant drag-and-drop modulation system. Shape your sound, modulate nearly every parameter, and sculpt immersive audio transformations in real time.
Key Features:
- Granular engine for creating textures, rhythms, chords, glitches, drones, ambiences, and more
- Harmonic Triangle for 3-way pitch control, detuning, and microtonality
- Built-in Chord Selector with 32 triads for instant harmonic richness
- Grain envelope shaping for plucky, smooth, or abrupt grains
- Buffer size, division, sync, and freeze controls
- Rhythmic synchronization for tempo-synced effects and patterns
- 4 LFOs with self-modulation and drag-and-drop assignment
- Modulation panel & view mode for streamlined modulation management
- 2 Multi-Effect slots (Filter, Distortion, Delay, Peak EQ, Chorus, Phaser, Bitcrusher, Reverb) with probability-based routing
- Dedicated Send FX with Delay and Reverb in series or parallel mode
- Flexible mixer section for sculpting wet/dry balance and routing

Doesn’t Work On iPhone 12
No sound. Control labels are too small and this is another developer that doesn’t know how to make ‘white’ labels, only using half the pixels so they’re dingy gray adding more difficulty reading them. No ‘in app’ documentation. No PDF manual. App doesn’t follow online documentation. Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Wasted $8. I haven’t bought an Apple app in a very long time for too many negative experiences during these Tim Cook years. I chance it here and get burned again. You folks forgot the sound. Dahh

Love the interface!
I’ve got most if this developer’s apps. Mostly because I like how they find creative ways of doing something that’s been done before, but in a unique way. That said, I already have several granular effects apps and thought I’d skip this one. Yet, I had to see this developer’s approach to granular fx, and decided I should beta tested this one. I’ve compared it to several other granular fx apps I have, and these guys have done it again! GRFX is a blast to play with and I find myself often blissfully lost in experimenting with various sources. Highly Recommended!
