Mine completely changed my dog. Then it made it have weird legs. Really upset I wasted money on this.

I paid for 5 videos and it doesn’t work. How do I get a refund? Your app just keeps saying “detecting dog” and does nothing. I’ve tried multiple photos. Very frustrating.
