The features in this app are more than just tracking your sobriety date, it’s a helpline and an easy way to reach out for when you’re feeling vulnerable. Didn’t see any features in other apps quite like this one, a hotline is just a tap away and it provides coping mechanisms and a way to log triggers or events. Although as any kind of recovery, reaching out and talking to others is a big piece. But it’s important to acknowledge and recognize behaviors by logging them or the convenience of being a click away from an immediate response so you have an idea of what your dealing with for when you do reach out to someone in your support circle. It also is convenient to check how far you’ve come. With milestones that let you know what benefits to expect from whatever you’re quitting, it’s like another reward to look forward to. Hoping to see how this app progresses in further updates :).
