Meet your teacher
Ryan Spence is a former BigLaw lawyer turned RYT-500 yoga teacher, certified high-performance coach:tm:, and author. After years of burnout, stress, and self-doubt, he rebuilt his physical and mental wellbeing through yoga and now teaches from lived experience, not just theory.
Ryan’s mission through this app is to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself, so you can move through your day with more clarity, energy, and ease.
