Gamification- let me see my streak of daily sessions/ total time in analysis, Journal- after each session I should be able to journal about what insights popped up Photo documentation, be able to take photos of hands and store them, Education- some text or blogs or videos to watch explaining nail biting, why we do it, and why it’s important to stop
