Cali.ai?
I updated my Great Lakes Energy app and saw Truestream was no longer available in the electrical app. So I searched for the app and noticed several issues while installing. 1st is with iOS it saves login as Cali.ai. Who came up with that? So searching for the password I couldn’t locate it so I had to reset it. Then I noticed on another device I had the truestream password. 🤔 Since my device was already setup, I selected that during app setup but scanning bar codes etc gives the inclination that it wasn’t and required a phone call. One thing missing in the app is the mapping of connected devices which you get from using a PC. Another thing that would have been helpful would have been a email notification of app migration.
