This app exists because I kept having the daily crisis of:
“Did I take my meds or did I merely think about taking my meds?”
You know the move:
You open the bottle.
You look at the pill.
You blink.
Suddenly it’s three hours later and you’re not sure if you swallowed it or astral projected.
So I made a button.
One big button.
It says Log Pill.
You press it.
Boom. The moment is recorded forever. No detective work. No forensic investigation of “how many are left??” No staring into the void trying to remember.
Features (if we can call them that):
• Tap to log the date/time. Easy.
• Edit mistakes, because we will make them.
• Scroll through past days like an archaeologist of your own attention span.
• Export your history to CSV in case a doctor asks or you just enjoy spreadsheets like a cryptid.
• Track how many pills you have left so you don’t discover you’re out on Monday morning like a clown.
There are no streaks. No achievements. No motivational pop-ups.
Just: Did I take it? Yes. Logged.
Or: No. … go take it, champ.
I made this app because my ADHD brain enjoys chaos, and apparently other brains do too.
If you’re also out here raw-dogging reality without knowing whether you took your meds today, welcome home
