Probably the worst hydrafacial I’ve ever gotten. The price point is way too high to provide amateur services. - they were late for the appt - didn’t provide a towel until asked to protect my clothes from getting stained by the product - cleansed me, then did light therapy which dried out my skin (and then found out it was because someone else was using the machine) - ended up waiting a long time and was on my phone until the machine became available (my skin still super dry) - technician seemed inexperienced to perform this facial and sometimes stuff didn’t come out of the tube to apply to my skin - did only half my face for one of the serums - felt like things were just being slapped on my face instead of carefully treated - My skin feels dryer than when I entered I’m never coming back here again.
