Needs just a little tweaking
This really would be perfect except that the alert for slow walking is almost inaudible. The alert to switch to fast walking is nice and loud. It just needs to be at a consistent level (or adjustable by the user).

When My iPhone Locks
I’m in my 3-day trial. First day, when my iPhone locked, I did not hear the transition beeps and the bird whistle. So I had to hold my phone in my hand for the remaining intervals. The setup and the concept is really great. I like the fact it connects to my iHealth.
