Nice app and tees
I love icy studio’s tees, it’s new and creative. But there are huge major flaws with it as well. First of all, half of the time when I’am shopping on the app it either freezes or kicks me out. In addition to this when I add items to my cart it automatically puts my size to XS when I’ am not. Other than this it is a good app with terrific clothing and wouldn’t have anything else to say bad about it.

Terrible Overall
I brought from this website thinking the quality was going to be good from the images and their high pricing, well I was completely wrong. I got the items and they were terrible. They looked nothing like the images, they had terrible quality, it was just a terrible experience. It looked like they brought shirts and a hoodie from Walmart and ironed a raggedy design onto the apparel. Then when I put in a return for my money back, it took a day to wait for them to approve it which is normal. I shipped it out to them and it got delivered in New York. I waited a couple days later for my money back, but they never sent it. So I call a rep and they told me they would email me on the 7-8th of August because their headquarters is in Canada and they have to ship it back over there. I called on the 29th of July. I thought nothing about it either. Until August 9th came. I received no email on my status and I got no money back. So I tried calling and emailing them countless times. It took them 4 days to respond to my calls and emails. And they told me that they could either give me my money back in store credit, or do an exchange. This was terrible because I didn’t want any of their stupid, terrible, despicable, dirty, waste of Walmart material shirts. Make sure to read the return policy before you buy. Even if you decide to buy after reading all of this. Because I basically got scammed of $145 of 3 shirts and one hoodie. That stuff shouldn’t have even been $55 combined! Just go get some Walmart tee’s and hoodies and print a worn out design on a hoodie and you will get Icy’s product.
